In New York, he successfully managed the Cardiovascular Project in one of the largest PPS of the Medicaid redesign program (DSRIP). In 2016 he was promoted to Director of the Clinical Projects of the PPS and in 2017 he was nominated as Vice-President in the organization, where he directly oversaw the performance of more than 2,500 Primary Care Physicians in NYC.
